The purpose for this blog has changed somewhat. There are quite a few people that are following the development of The Point. These are church planters, pastors, church staff and church leaders from across the nation. Many churches like us use a blog like this to communicate the inner working of the church so that others that 'walk the same path' can learn from us. Just as importantly, other church leaders that are further 'down the path' than we are can share with us some mistakes to avoid and successes to implement. So the 'news and information' is now on The Point's website.

By the way, soon The Point will be hosting a one day conference for church planters. This conference is being offered by several state and national ministries that encourage and equip new churches and church plants. I will let you know more details as they develop.
